HELP~~! my compuer runs very slowy.no idea why,can you give me some ideas?

there may be possiblity of a virus attack slowing you down without your knowledge. do you have any AV program. if so, run it and see if its detect any virus in your system. the same happened to my cpu sometimes ago and it slowed down my cpu. i do a check and detected trojans in the system. if not, then like what other members have suggest, run a cleaner to get rid of unwanted files and this will help to increase the loading speed.
