2012???

Does anyone believe that the world is going to end on Dec 21,2012? Why does it scare people when they read such info? i dont like to read such stuff because im affraid of death anyways so i suggest if you are too dont read it.

I grow more and more disappointed in humanity because people believe in things like this. From what I understand the Mayan calendar ends in 2012. Why people put their confidence in a 2000 year old civilization is beyond my comprehension. Then you have people who take information from astrologers (people who scam you into thinking your life and future can be determined by objects in space that are billions of miles away)and accept it as fact. Please be reasonable.

I agree with you. I would want to read an article from which this belief is based on. I don't think the world will end right away in 2012. I somehow believe that the end of the world will be a chain of events that can lead to extinction of the human race. I don't think a single meteor can wipe us out, it simply is preposterous. What can wipe us out I guess would be the chain of events that the meteor crash will trigger. Then again, the chances of that happening would be too remote for someone to confidently predict that the Earth's gravity can pull an asteroid within two years when there are two planets already exerting that (Jupiter and Mars).

Hello, raayven! I do not believe that the world is going to end anytime soon. There is no scientific explanation to why will the world end on December 21st of the year 2012. You may argue with me and be scared, but you have no reason to be afraid. That is just some silly comment created. Don't be afraid. They got you already. You are already on their game. Come on, why would the world end? God would be enraged and kill everybody? Of course not! I want to know who are the people that keep on creating those silly dates. They said it would end on 2000. I survived the 2000. They said it would end in 2006. I survived it. And I will survive once more. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

i have just heard of 2012 that world is going to end...and also heard that some astrologer predicted..i would like to know more about this and also want to know on what basis does this result come out that on dec 2012 world is going to end..sometimes these articles are funny and sometimes difficult to understand.. thanks happy mylotting
