International member in Associated Content

I have joined in Associated content ( AC), and of course under International Member because I am not US Citizen, The problem is, I cannot get up front payment..but that's not problem, Because I still can get money from performance payment based page views..So..may I know, are there my friends know how to increase our page view in AC? I think, if we can reach 5000 - 10000 page views for 1 article in a month, that's not bad..we can make 100 articles in a month..1000 page views is $1.5..Well that's good money..Any one can give some advices about page views in AC?..
