Freelance work Vs Full time work

Hi all, Hope everyone's having a good time(ie Christmas is just around the corner) Right now I do freelance work. And currently pursuing my Masters. I used to work full time a few years back. Somewhat right now, I feel like I want to get a full time job again once I complete my Masters. I just wanted some opinions of you guys from around the world, specifically how is it different for you guys in countries like France, or even US. If there is any major difference in working freelance vs full time. As in which would you prefer? And also factors like if you are married or not, will it change your mind? Or if you have financial commitments, which would you prefer to have. I'm looking for personal opinions, and not so much of what the 'textbooks' tell us about it. Thanks. Regards, Alexander Lee
