Did you ever try to make ice cream at home?

I love ice cream. I normally go to the shop and enjoy a big one on the weekend. I never think of making one at home. I simply don't have any idea how to make it. Do you make ice cream at home, or you just go to a shop?

Oh yes my wife makes delicious ice cream at home. to make Ice Cream you need tow powders - GMS and CMC. i don't know what they are i will have to check. But these two powders added in different quantities to milk along with essence for the flavour you desire and then freezing it and once removing it and whisking it make delicious ice cream.

Great! I'll try to see if we have GMS and CMC in the shop or not.

I have made my own local ice-cream containing sugar, water and fruits. It is like fruit juice kept in the fridge. My husband made his own home-made ice-cream. That's one of the reason I married him cause he can cook. When we are married he stops. I don't mind as long as I can still sample the delicious ice-cream from the supermarket. We even tried making our own yougurt. It is time-consuming. May be we can try making our own ice-cream once in a life-time!

A man who can cook is normally a great choice because he know more on how to enjoy life :-) even if he stop cooking after he got you :-) yes, cooking the little things is time consuming, and you can't eat a lot at one time.

I'd try to make one at home someday. Currently I'm not sure whether or not I have the necessary machine at home.
