How do you feel when your referals dont contribute?

Why do you feel bad about it, you can't force anyone to do for themselves and for me I am just trying to let them see it and if they enjoy then it would be great but if they don't have any interest at all then so be it. I am not paying them to so I could earn from them so there's no harm done. I've reach the minimum amount for 4 straight months already without any much help in my referral, in fact my referral only earns less than 0.10 cents and only been active for a short time.

I haven't referred anyone. I wouldn't feel bad if i did and they didn't participate. Many people just don't have the time or this just isn't their cup of tea. I have had people refer me to sites and i just couldn't get in to it.

I dont really care, I have a couple there, but they are inactive I dont even know where they came from..lol..

I feel normal when my referrals do not contribute. They could have valid or strong reasons for not participating. I can understand how you feel because it was not easy for me to find referrals. Convincing them to join under us is part of the story. Convincing them to actively participate is another part of the equation. One of the things that we should bear in mind is that people have different ideas, experiences, expectations and priorities. The problems they face may entirely be different from the ones facing us. As such I do not expect them to behave the same way as I do. After trying my best at convincing them, I can only hope they would at least once in a while participate. - rosdimy -

I have 5 refs here in mylot. But two of them have not made even a single post. One has made under five and another has made under 15. Only one is active and having 50+ posts.

actually, I feel that the referrals have no obligation to us referrers. We just made earning a lot easier to them and its up to them if they want to continue earning. Our goal here is to contribute something and earn, the referrals is just a bonus earning source so just enjoy sharing your thoughts and let the referrals realize something when you already have something to prove them. To tell you, that is like what I feel before when I was new here but eventually, I enjoyed the mylot community and stop thinking about referrals. I am not saying that referrals are not good, because they are, its just that, they need a proof first before they enter into something. HAVE A GOOD DAY!

hi,i did have some referrals but they just take a look here with one or two posts and then never come back..now i just feel thats okay..anyway, i don't wanna brainwash them to spend time here..if they think mylot is a good place either to chat and share or to make extra money, they would come themselves..

It doesn't make me angry at all. Actually if it is a very good program is makes me sad when my referrals do not participate. Because they are really missing out and I cannot convince them that they will have great benefits of being active!

I have some referrals that are not active in mylot.I still convincing them to be an active member on mylot and hoping that they will.

Yes, eve here on mylot yo might start a discussion saying you have found a site and you start a discussion with a hope of referring people and you get lot of responses people and you give them your referral link and only to find that you refereed only 2 or 3 people
