How Frequently Does Everyone Swim?

well, I swim 4-5 times a week. If I am not very busy, maybe 6-7 times a week.

Well,5-6 times a week.Sometimes I am too tired to swim,but once I get into the water,I don't want to leave.

I like swimming, but living in UK it is far too cold to swim in the sae even in summer. Also the water is generally very murky with the sand bing stirred up by the rough water. The so-called heated swimming pools are usually less than 30 degrees centigrade and are far too cold for me to swim in. I therefore can only swim when I go to hot countries, as in Asia, and I enjoy swimming there.

I try to swim at least once a week .. could be better but that's what's our schedule permits right now. I've been swimming since I was very young because my dad encouraged us to get into the sport
