Frozen Dory Fish / myLot

Anyone here like the frozen dory fish? I usually bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes in a baking dish, wrapped with aluminium foil. Ingredients, one big onion, chopped up, some carrots and onions diced, a bit of paprika, some pepper, and thyme. Occassionally I put in button mushrooms(juicy little fellas). Any one got good recipes or suggestions?

i used to love cream dory fish but after receiving a nasty e-mail with photos of the fish and where it came from i have stopped buying it. i am really hoping that it is a hoax because i like cooking with dory. btw, aside from dory what other fish fillet can you recommend? :)

Well, here the only frozen fish I can find is dory.... all sorts of brands, but I like one particular brand.. I'll see if I buy it again, I'll post a pic of it here. And dory here is the cheapest!:)
