What is your favorite healthy snack?

I have many favorite snacks. I love raw fruits and vegetables. I can eat raw carrots, potatoes, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers. I love them all. Last night I snacked on peanuts and carrot sticks. I can eat all of the above without dip which I can't really stand. What is your quick healthy snack?

My favorite snacks are healthy snacks, Specially the fruits like orange, pomegranate, apple, and other vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower. All of them are good for your health and gives you lots of require vitamins which help you in staying fit. Well I started eating healthy snacks as I was getting a lot of pimples and guess what it worked. All my pimples were removed,it was kinda like a miracle. Well Nature has everything and when you eat it right you can get the best out of your body health

I like fresh veggies and fruits - but my fave is trail mix with nuts.

I love fresh veggies. There are a couple of dips that I can tolerate but generally I like them by themselves. I also like popcorn of the evening sometimes. No butter but lots of salt! LOL

Our favorite and quick healthy snack is cauliflower popcorn. We recently made the switch from being meat and potato eaters to full vegetarianism and I found this delicious recipe through researching healthy snacks for vegans. Simply cut up a head of cauliflower, and mix 2 TBS of Braggs nutritional yeast, 2 TBS of Extra virgin olive oil and 1 TBS Sea Salt. Saturate the cauliflower with the sea salt and put in the oven on the lowest heat possible (or a dehydrator) for 4 hours. It's delicious and nutritious!!
