Is It Really Better To Give Than To Receive?

I know personally, I get more happiness from seeing the look on their face when I give them something than I do when I receive something. Especially when it comes to my children. If I give them something and I know it makes them happy and I see them smile then that make more more happy than anything else in the world. So, how about you, do you think it is better to give than to receive?

I used to care about what I got for Christmas, but since having kids it is no longer about me. I think anymore it is better to give than to receive. I also enjoy it when the adults in my family appreciate and like the gifts I give them.

Yes. I believe that it is always better to give than to receive anything. The gift these people could me is their gratitude. One cant forget the look in a person's face if you gave them something.
