What would you do? Make a fast sandwich, go outside buy fast food, or just stay hungry until you have more time?

I usually make a fast sandwich if I am at home. but if I am somewhere else, I just buy anything nearby and grab a bite. I cannot be hungry for for time, I'm afraid to pass out.

It happened to me to almost pass out from hunger. Then I stop and grab something - curios why I have to wait, and not prepare something from home. I'll try to do this. I see that everyone is advising the same. Thanks a lot!

Hello ladynetz! I usually buy instant noodles where I only have to put hot water and it's ready to eat already. I guess it would make me contented with it. I can have soup as well as carbohydrates. But it's not healthy to eat everyday.

A soup a day it's good in my opinion. But you're right - it's not enough. ou have to take cae o your body if you want that your body will serve you right in certain moments. Thanks for your answer.

Hello and good morning. There are practically some instances when I couldn't possibly eat my breakfast because I am rushing to the office. Usually, I would eat rice and viand or a complete meal for the morning. But when I'm definitely in a rush, I would opt to just head to the workplace without any food in my stomach. Anyway, I must admit that I don't actually count the hours when I could control my hunger. But I'd say that I could last one meal without any food intake, as long as I would eat for the next meal and I would drink lots of water or fluids on the gap of my meals. Say, if I haven't eaten my breakfast, I could still function properly as long as I would eat rice and viand during lunch time. So on a rough estimate, that's about 4 to 5 hours. But I guess this coming holiday season, we won't go hungry because of all the food and festivities which are on our way. I could already imagine the table set with all the yummy goodies including spaghetti, salads, ice cream, cakes, and much more. Yum! Happy holidays!

That's what I try to have, at least one good meal a day. Happy Holidays to you too - and thank you for responding.

Normally if I am going out the door and I am very hungry I will grab a quick snack and then while I am out and about, then I will stop at a resteraunt and grab a bite to eat.

Not bad - but what you do when you have to squize your finances? Thanks for the response!

I would make a sandwich until I have time to get a proper meal but I dont think I would go out and get fast food.I think a good vegetable sandwich could be more nutritious than fast food
