Does anybody else take supplements for their workouts? If so list what you take and your goals. Personally I use: L-Glutamine Creatine 100% Whey Protein My goals is to bulk up, and just look good for senior trip.

Well done for working out. My brother in law takes protein in a huge tin to bulk up. He really has become huge but he really looks well. I think it has everything in it he needs. Sorry I am not useful to your discussion but I thought I would reply. I would love to tone my arms up as they are really saggy but I think I will skip the protein and just use some weights. Good luck and I am sure you will look well with some more workouts.

I used to take Creatine, it works pretty good, just remember its a supplement and you'll need to exchange it for some veggies to curb the sugar that's in there.

Any specific brand? I just use the GNC stuff that is usually on sale.

I use protein also. It's a product a company I work with sells. It's call Quad-Plex. I like it. :) Michael http://www.biosyourlife.com
