Where is Tony and Dallas?

I read this over on the CBS Amazing Race fan forum. Only Dallas' passport was lost in the taxi. It was turned in at the consulate the next day. However, because of the delay they were not able to get to Portland in time to meet the winners at the finish line. Which really stinks because I am sure Dallas really wanted to congratulate Starr. Apparently, they are still dating. So, that little bobble did not affect them much.

I was wondering the same thing! We were joking that they must still be stuck in Russia, but they really were? I am so happy that Nick and Starr won. I do think that it would have been great for starr to have Dallas there too.
