Today is the second time this has happened to me and I'm not sure what's going on. The other day I took a picture to post with a discussion and I couldn't get my Kodak easyshare program to download the picture off my camera. After installing an update, then rebooting my computer, I did finally get the picture posted. It took 2 days. Today, it did it again. I mean I messed with for HOURS today. I finally had to take the disc out of the camera, put it in my phone then get the picture off of the phone. What a mess. I need to find out what the scoop is soon, this is driving me crazy!!!

Hey reiny! Oh don't tell me that! My friend told me that I should get the Kodak Easyshare Camera because it is so easy! Yeah right! And I have no idea how to even work a regular camera where you just push a button to take a picture! I'll never learn how to download pictures to the computer! I was planning on getting a camera after the holidays or when I could save some money or if I had money from the holidays! Now I don't know what to do! You know how to do that stuff and you were having trouble. Think of how lame I am! I'll never get my pictures downloaded. No one will ever see what me or my kittys look like!

Hey, don't worry! This thing is REALLY easy. I've had it for over 4 years and this is the first time I've had a problem. I think it's because I have moved some things around on my computer and it doesn't know where I want things to go any more. If you just stick with the basic setup you'll do great. Although my mother hates them, I love the Kodaks. To upload the pics, you put the camera on the stand and hit the button (normally!). I just messed something up and have to figure it out one day (when I have a free minute!).

I can't be 100% sure but this sounds like a driver issue with the program. Go to the cameras manufactures site and search for an update of their driver. I've had a similiar situation and downloaded a new driver and it works fine now. If the camera is a year or so old this happens as they update their programs etc. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Yeah, that's the first thing I did was run the update on it and see if I needed a newer version or something. I really think it's because I changed the location of the pictures and it's not happy with it. I need to check the other computer and make sure I have the directory set up for full sharing, or that my husband didn't mess it up or something.
