Did you see Tropic Thunder

It was a brilliant comedy. Like you say, Robert Downey Jr. was amazing, ridiculously amazing. I mean, I've been a fan of the guy for almost two decades and he seriously blew me away with this one, his comedic timings were just perfect. The rest of the cast did what they usually do, no surprises there. Ben Stiller directing was really good too, he's kinda awesome when it comes to over the top satire. But the one and only, the most brilliant and funniest thing ever, the one thing I was not expecting: Tom Cruise. The guy steals the movie, he had me on stitches every single second he was on screen. And I really don't like him, sometimes I think I freaking hate his guts. Yet, I could watch this movie over and over only to see his character. I liked "Pineapple Express" and "Zack & Miri" better, but this one doesn't quite deserve the third place either. A must see if you ask me. Rich

i thought it was very funny! a bit much on some of the language for the PG-13 rating..at least in my household, but still very funny! and you're right Robert Downey Jr. was friggin hilarious! for that matter so was Jack Blacks character and his "jellybean DT's"!! at first i couldnt believe that was actually Tom Cruise! friggin hilarious though! did you see the extras part where he does the whole "dance" thing? LMAO! i know Cruise has a sense of humor of course..but i never thought he'd do something like that!

We started to watch it one night but the kids come out and that is not a moive for kids to be seeing so we will have to rent it another night when the kids are in bed already so we can see the whole thing. Hope it is as funny as everyone says it is.

yeah but i didnt really like it that much it was okay. it was 5/10 some of the lines were cool but other then taht it was okay! happy lottin n have a nice day
