u should give him life imprisonment

They should be punished according to laws.

I would order that every rapiest is raped and then they would be sent to prison for a very long time, and they can go through the life time torture that they put their victims through!

If I were a judge and I can see that the person being accused is really guilty then punish him right away. Life sentence I guess, because I don't believe in lethal injection or any other form of punishment. I want to keep him alive so that he will have time to regret what he did. Everybody deserves justice in this world.

castrate all of those who are proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt! it may seem harsh but it will definitely put fear into the hearts of would be rapist. makes them think twice.

My husband say. Put him in a big old barn, take his willy and clamp it it a vicegrip. Take the handle out, give him a old blade and set the barn on fire. Its up to the rapist.

OK what do we do to a woman who has a man convicted to rape, we have his balls cut off or maybe sent to alaska, then after a few years ew evidence says he was innocent, WHAT DO YOU DO TO THE WOMAN?????? Cut off her bits? Sew her up? Remove her overies or womb? Kill her?

I think only punishment can be lifetime prison so they don't have chance to repeat any crime.

I would have it tattooed on his forhead and his willy so even when he got out of prison everyone would know what he was! I know it sounds cruel but it's a horrific and life changing thing to do do anyone. Nothing is too much for such an evil act.

This remain one of the most difficulties think for all the enforcements around the world...it concern not only all the female around the world and I think it did somehow most of the males concern......am sure lot of you out there just have the same concern with me cause we do care so much about our love one....be it mother,wife daughter n etc......for me I really think that those rapist should be heavily punish to the level that they will really afraid to even think about it. Some of the country have very good punishments to nthose rapist but the problems remain in the other side........how to gather the solid evidents in order to charge them??and thus I really think the issues will remain the most difficult cases to solve.

I'd set up a prison in northern Alaska and send them all there. This way they can rape each other and no one will care.

The judge should conduct in-camera examination of the victim so that the victim can be spared from embarrssing situation in front of the public. The rapists if proved should be given stringent punishments so that recurrence of such heinous acts should be dealt with.

I agree with the first response but my area of a prison would be Antartica.Get them as far away from society as possible.But only the ones who are found guilty beyond doubt.
