Slow rapidshare speeds? Even for premium users?

Hey I was wondering if anyone else here is a rapidshare premium user like myself. Recently (last month or so) I've been getting completely crappy speeds even with my download manager, around 50kbps or so, when in the past I could easily hit 1mpbs with download acceleration. I'm wondering if anyone else here has the same problem as me. And sorry if I posted this in the wrong interest section, just wasn't sure where else to talk about this.

I think it depends on your internet connection really and I know that some sites when you download are slower then others for some strange reason. But most of the time its good for me when im in my room since I have great internet connection there.
