Why Is It That My HTML Item Does Not Display On My Profile?

Hello everyone. I have a problem, and I'm sure many of you know the solution to this. I'm still new to MyLot, so there's probably some things about MyLot that I don't know. I tried to add an HTML item on my profile today. I pasted the HTML code, and clicked on 'save changes'. Then I clicked on 'view profile' to see my new HTML item. But it doesn't show up? Why? I tried doing it a few times, but it still doesn't show up. Is there a problem with the way I did this? I hope you can clarify why this is happening. Your answer will be a lot of help to me.
