Why don't we able to create a folder with the name of "CON".... can any one help me..???

"con" is a keyword used by Windows Operating system, that's why you can't name a folder "con." Regards

you can always use the zero for an O
So you could call your folder C0N which looks the same as CON anyway except it has a tiny little dot in the middle of the zero.
