does adsense is only available for certain countries?

Hi everyone, Today I realize that the ads that I've added to my blog only apperars to people from my country, and for others in others countries the ads its not appearing! Does anyone knows if this is normal or what is happening? can you see it? my blog is this anchohonig.blogspot.com
