What Makes You Happy?

Whenever I see the birds flying in the sky especially the migrating birds it gives me immnense happiness.Though I am not sure why. It gives me a sense freedom.

The best happiness that i have is to wake up in the morning ' healthy and strong with all my faculties are working .

Happiness has different meanings for different people. It is said that men are task oriented and women are relationship oriented. Naturally success in business or any task taken by men makes them happy whereas women find happiness in building relationships with others. But happiness is one thing which needs to be given a thought by everyone. We see celebrities with lots of money and cheers on their faces and mistake it for the actual happiness. But in reality it is superficially shown. Who knows whats behind that smile of theirs? Well, happiness is in small things which we ignore in our busy and monotonous lives. A kiss given by husband to his wife is a happiness to her, when a baby takes his first steps is a happiness to its parents, when a child gets an icecream is a happiness to him/her, and the list goes on. For me happiness is to do what I love to do. I love playing badminton and I am regularly practicing it even after 12 years. I am not boasting about it as an achievement but that is happiness to me. Many people call this dedication as an addiction but I know that it is the love and happiness which draws me closer to my game. The more I play my game the more it reveals its beauty and depth.

Breathing fresh air without any controls over me will make me happy if I will ever able to get it. A life without any restrictions, where I will be able to take my decisions on my own.
