What would you do if you were given that ultimatum by both fractions of gunmen in your community .This ultimatum is given against the background that your community represents a strategic location in their turf war?. Would you try to be a lone voice in the wilderness seeking to send a message that you will not be thwarted by criminality or would you seek to engage other members of your community to stand collectively?.These are the decision you are forced to make knowing many examples of the fact that these men will make good their threat and without mercy. Please say what you would do and why .Practical suggestions are also welcomed. Thank you for your response.

What a question.Seeings the worst that ever happens round here is the lolly pop ladies late or the post is late.I like to think I could be on the side of right and get a band of brave people together and fight crime.Get a few of my people into the gangs and find out what was going down.Not forgetting of course these are dangerous desperate people who would stop at nothing to get what they want.Then I would raise funds and send in a hit man to finish off both leaders and terrify the other gang members into packing it all in. Or be out the day they clashed and hope they kill one another.

I am not in this situation but persons in another state face this dilemma,I just heard it on th news and wondered what I would do if in such a position.Myabe the hit man suggestion could work but sometimes no one hit man wants to work against a gang.Perhaps hoping they kill each other is the best thing ,its just that another gang may arise in quick suggestions to fill the void

Not many people will come to your help - everyone for itself. Take yourself and leave. First be in a safe place.You and your family. Than look for ways to improve what's going on. Much easier to see things clearly, when you're not in the middle. Clear you thought and then act. There are also legal ways to fight. You just have to find them. GOOD LUCK!
