Another year over---what have you done??

well..its just a few more days and year 2008 will be over.What has this year meant to you.Please share how you all have spent this year..meaningfully or otherwise.
Personally i fell that this year just came and left..it has been the busiest year of my life..Pressures from all fronts as work,family,love life and trying to make time for everyone.I did have some unexpected acheivements like winning a fender guitar during a rock show, winning state photography competetion and grants for research with a lot of hardships in between as well.This year was also "mending a broken heart" phase which im still struggling with.
In short i guess this year has really ment a lot to me as i fell i understand realtionship more bettr in a mature way and i know what it means to loose someone u love and care,It has made a me a more understanding person.

I totally screwed up my life earlier in the year. I got suckered into a scam that ended up costing me my career. So, I have pretty much ended up right back where I started from before I got my degree and started my career. Actually, I am LITERALLY back where I started from, because I am working at the very same restaurant I worked at while I was going to school and earning my degree. The only problem is that I bought a house a couple of years ago, so I have more debt that I had then. This year has been probably the worst year of my life. I am ready for this year to be over. I am praying to God that 2009 will be much better...both financially, and in other areas as well...

I changed my job successfully.
I have created my native blog and an english blog in which I made many friends. I take part in their discussions.
I have had my own house but i have to pay for it every month.

this year is like a roller coaster ride to me and my husband. a lot of things happen to us, some are bad and some are good. but we're still thankful to god that we're able to surpass the trials that we have encounter this year.
