What's your bad habit?

I crack my knuckles, procrastinate on school work, and ... love eating junk food.

i also get sleepy while working hours in the office and i won't work in the afternoon after lunch time.

what i consider the worst bad habit i have is when i keep my left over food inside the fridge because i was thinking that i can still eat it the next day, but not really eat it. until such time that the food became so crusty and have to disposed it. i don't know, i always forget about the food, the only time i remember it is when i'm already looking for my missing plate only to find out that i used it with the food i kept in the fridge.

I have many bad habit: such as I like sleeping on my class. such as I like eating junk food... oh!!too much!!~

I have several bad habits but they are narrowing first of, I smoke,trying to quit.I love chocolate and junk food, I've limited myself for several years now.I like to put off exercising,I've been keeping it regular.I find myself putting off repairs and such around the house,well that still needs improvement.I

I have a few bad habits but the worst is procrastinating. I like to do my things last minute. Most of the time when I received an assignment or have something to do, I would look at the schedule and the due date. If there are lots of time in between, then I would just take my own sweet time and plan to do it much later. The problem is that I am a forgetful person and therefore, I would forget about my plan where I need to do the assignment by a certain date. I would only realize this when I looked at my calendar and see that there is something due within a few days or so and then I would start to have the motivation to work on the assignment or on the work that I need to do... However, like many other things that you do while rushing, the quality part of it would be sacrificed and sometimes the outcome is not as good as what I could have done when I was not rushing... Despite having got into trouble for procrastinating, I am still doing it from time to time and I really hope that I would find a "cure" for this problem. Cheers!
