Cases of landslides have occurred at various spots in Malaysia. Each time there were words that action would be taken to stop similar incidents. Instead nothing seems to have changed. Development projects are still being carried out on or near steep slopes. When do you think the authorities would take real preventive actions? When the cat grows a pair of horns? When would developers stop being greedy? As it is there are still many unsold property. When would buyers be choosy when it comes to safety? Their demands only make developers push for project approval. Do you think that there will be real changes after this? Or do you think there are other factors playing a big role in this issue? rosdimy

hi rosdimy...i am newbie here so i need a lot of guide from you guys...so...about your question ''when will they learn...''...i think,it is the time that all the minister, cabinets and the person of politics must get up and wake up...dont just saying the words and keep saying it but there is zero action to do so...we as the citizen of malaysia do not want this country spoiled from this class of people out there...we do not want the country that was built by the tunku abdul rahman and his comunity to be broke and vanished...all we want for our country is a group of person that can lead our country as far as they could...so,we were too disgust towards the political people that claim theirself can change this country without doing anything...words without action is the factor that our citizen most worried about....

And the fact is these people can be found in the ruling and opposition coalitions. Just look at the states controlled by the opposition. They promised many things and did something else. As citizens we can reduce such incidents by not buying any property located on steep slopes. all the best, rosdimy

Well the only time that things will change is when the people mind has changed. When the authority put the people first then themselves, many issue can be prevented and solved. When other starts to care for each other more then care for their ownself, Life can be better. Money is not everything when you cannot have peace. Malaysia need to change, not only Boleh

Many people pay lip service, be those in the government and in the Opposition camp. I am not affilated to any political party. I base my opinions on what I see, and hear from both sides. Malaysia need to change but in what ways? Within a short period of time the country has progressed far compared to many other countries. This resulted in greed rearing its head in both camps. Unfortunately due to certain reasons I cannot explain everything that I know. Part of the reason is the involvement of certain parties with vested interests. all the best, rosdimy
