how often do you wash your hands?

i have noticed that some people only wash their hands after going to the comfort room or right before a meal. in my case, i like to wash my hands with soap and water often. i like how clean and fresh they feel after. i have a small bottle of anti bacterial hand gel with me all the time but if there was a choice between using the gel and washing my hands in a sink, i would go for the latter. Sometimes i feel that skin on my hands are a bit dry from the frequent washing! How about you, how often do you wash your hands? :)
