Why that date?

Whether you are already married or planning to get married if you already have a date set. Why that date? In my case i want to get married on the anniversary of the date that my fiance and i started dating. So did you just pick a date or does that date mean something.

Being that i am not yet married. I would say that a lot of people choose and pick dates that are significant to them and their potential other in some way. Maybe its a date of the first time that they kissed or met each other. But i doubt that they just choose a date that has no meaning whatsoever unless their planning time is winding down and they have to do everything at the last minute and they dont have any other chose.
