Has your mailman come yet today?

My boyfriend has been pacing back and forth all day waiting for the mail man. Usually we check it by noon and it's here. But there are some days where it hasn't come until later in the day. It is already 2:30pm here and we are starting to worry. We are waiting for a compensation check and it still isn't here. Is your mail man on time everyday? Do you have a mail man that is pretty good with having the mail out to you at a certain time? Usually mines good but it seems the days we need something he doesn't come until late in the day. Does this ever make you mad? I can't stand it. I used to work for the post office and when you do a route long enough you should have it down pat as to when people on your route should be getting their mail. It's the same guy everyday so I don't know what's going on today. Oh well I know it will come it has been sent now it's just the waiting game. Do any of you work for the post office?

I haven't been staying here for very long, but in the time I have been here, I've noticed that the mail seems to show up in the early afternoon normally. Not always, sometimes earlier, but I guess we're on the tail end of a mail route, so depending on how busy it is before they get to us, will determine how soon we get our mail.

Yea my new mail man seems to go different routes everyday which pisses me off. One day he goes up the even side one day he goes up odd. Some days he even zig zags down the road. or comes from the opposite way.

I usually do not get my mail until between three and four in the afternoon. I wish the mail was delivered a little earlier. Whenever the mail is late, it is almost five and would be too late if I needed to go to the bank. When I was working, it did not matter, because the mail would be there when I got home. Now I am unemployed, and I am receiving an unemployment check, and I usually have to wait until the next day to go to the bank, because the mail is delivered so late. Hope your check comes soon.
