Ok, I have a husband, I have 5 kids (4 adult and 1 teen), a 16 year old nephew who (lives with us) and two grand sons (ages 15 months and 5 years) I grew up eating Miracle Whip and later took a liking to Mayo and now cannot stand miracle whip. 4 of my 5 kids and grandsons eat mayo only and one eats either. My Hubby ONLY miracle whip and my nephew will eat HATES both. So at our home, when I make potato salad, deviled eggs or such, I make a smaller batch for my hubby and the rest for the rest of us. I heard my 14 yr old son and 16 yr old nephew agruing about what "most" folks would eat or pass. (it got quite heated) I was attempting to help settle this by saying, "well of most folks who eat one or the other mayo has to be more popular beacause I have never been to one restraunt that serve miracle whip, they only have mayo". My son says, "you never asked because you dont eat it". So I wonder, does anyone here know of any restauraunt that serves miracle whip?

What an interesting questions. You know, I don't know!! I do know that when I worked in the deli section of our grocery store, we would put packets of either mayo or MW in with the sandwiches we made. I don't think it was standard which one we put, but they both sold the same. I'm a mayo fan myself (I love the new Kraft mayo with olive oil!!!) but, really don't mind MW when it comes to salads. I can't really tell the difference in potato salad or things like that. I have to have mayo, though, with my french fries! I'm curious, too, about resteraunts serving mayo/Miracle Whip. I'm gonna have to check it out myself.
