Just curious, I just started there, and have only submitted one article, and it has been published, but it says I haven't been paid still. How does it work? Do I need to do something else?
Please drop by and provide me feedback as well on my writing:

I like HubPages better where you can earn ongoing royalties. I'm averaging about a $100 per month there with over $2000 in earning to date as a result of this free community. (check my profile if you'd like more details).

Did you already sign-up? I didn't see you as a referral, what's your HubPages screen name and I can message you over there.

If you are from the US you get paid with upfront fees. Unfortunately if you live outside US you get paid for the page views. You need to achieve 1000 page views to be able to get paid $1.50 cents, the thing there is to drive traffic to your writings. I have published one content there and I only have $1.50 in my account. I hope I was able to help you. Have a nice day here in mylot. Goodluck, by the way were not allowed to place our referral links here you can place it in your profile and invite members to view them.

                            exactly.
that's the main reason i stopped writing for AA as i'm not from the US.
but i heard they're paying just fine for any american individual.

Yes actually US residents get paid when their writings get published. I hope they would also consider International members. I really envy those from the US since they have so much online opportunities.

I joined Associated Content awhile back, but I haven't submitted anything yet. I do submit articles to Triond.com. I like them because they have a very low payout. You only need to earn 50 cents in a month to get paid. Which means that even in months where I don't submit anything new at all, I still get paid!
