Should Obama "hand over" his loveliest,most wanted blackberry to officials after stepping to the white house.What do you think of this,should he give it to them???

Yes according to the law he will not be allowed to use his Blackberry. Even if he is allowed to use it he will not have enough time for it to do texting or surfing the internet.

He has to give it to them...there's no should about it. Everything written by a President is official so he can't be texting or sending emails on his blackberry. One of the little luxuries of life that he has to give up in order to be President.
