Isabelmarco only pays to Premium members and if you are standard then you must agree before you could be paid. While Scavengercash is a legit and trusted and paying forum. I don't have any doubt that they won't pay the members and there have been a lot that was paid already. In fact, when the site was shut down for awhile the admin gave back the points and earnings that was lost at that time and the site since then is standing strong with the help of the members. I don't have any single doudt in Scavengercash.

Every time you post (excluding the section that says not a paying section) with at least 50 characters you will earn points and every points is equivalent to 1.2 cents and there's no limit of post. The minimum payout is only $5. Go to the section "scavengercash rules" to know more about this and the mode of payment and its rules. Basically, you only have to make discussions or reply to discussions there with at least 50 characters and you earn in that way already. Just like here in myLot, there are section also that you can promote your blogs and website freely. Just follow the instructions there and you are good to go.
