Spam sites - Do you mind taking actions?

Here,I see many people reporting about spam sites complaining of cheating their hard earned money or cheating their hard work without paying.I am eager to know,how far people reacting against spam sites.Just reporting a spam site to warn others is enough or taking legal actions to eradicate such sites is needed?Have anybody registered cases against any spam sites in cyber crime?What is the response?Please share!

Yeah, I have a blog about scams. I have included all programs that have scammed me, that's my way of revenge - to warn other members, so that no one will fall again to their hands.

haha i think many people are lazy in taking action againest scam site, or they are new to it. i hope someone really report scam site, so that scam site will be come lesser or maybe no more in the future.
