Do You Consider 'eBay' A Business?

I have been selling on eBay successfully now for almost a year as a Power Seller. I'm considering offering an eBay course in my local area and would like some feedback from others.
Do you consider selling on eBay a 'business'?
How much, if anything, would you pay to learn how to SUCCESSFULLY sell on eBay?
I have started writing a small guide on the basics of selling on eBay, focusing on Clothing & Accessories (since that is where my experience is) and would like to take it one step further, but I'm a little skeptical about being able to get 'students' to pay for a course.
Any comments/ideas are appreciated.

I dont remeber his name but there a person who has launched a program called "ebay millionare secrets" and his program is running well and even he is interviewd on fox news. i think its thinkbigg.com.
I will be very much interested in buying a book of thinkbigg which doesnt cost much (around $197).

good idea,"ebay" is a good website for open store online,many people use it for earn money.i am really want to join with them,but i can not sure if ebay can be good support for chinese?
