Umm, I would take another test. And if it's a DEFINITE negative, then you should go to the doctor. I don't think you have cancer though. I have had cervical cancer and it didn't effect my periods at all. Many things cause a woman to bleed more or less or not at all. Stress is a major one. Have you recently started birth control? Some birthcontrols, like the 'depo' shot can cause you to go more than a year without a period. Stay calm. If you have been thinking that you might be pregnant, that can cause you to miss periods also. You kind of 'trick' your body into thinking it's pregnant. It's weird, but it happens.
