Today is my 1 year anniversay!

I am celebrating today because it is my one year anniversary from the day I quit smoking. I smoked for 16 years at a pack a day. Now I set a goal to lose the weight I gained from quitting. LOL I would like to thank the Ontario Government who gave me the tools to quit and my family for their support while I was going through withdrawal. Without it I don't think I could have done it. Have you smoked? How long? Did you quit? Are you trying to quit?

Congratulations on your 1 year Anniversary from quitting smoking. That is quite the accomplishment. I have never been a smoker, but I have been told it is pretty darn hard to quit especially when you have been smoking a long time.

Glad you never started, I hope that my children seeing how difficult it is to quit don't try it either. Hardest thing for me to do. Thanks lilybug
