It has paid alot of its members before but now they have so many pending payout requests. I requested my payout for more than a month now. I even posted in the forum but did not receive any response. There are also many others who have posted their pending payout requests. I think the admin already abandoned the site.

Yes occupex pays via paypal in about 15 or 20 days but it does not pays people who request via alertpay.
