I have eaten a few pieces out of the can. I have never eaten like the whole can or anything like that. It is much better heated in my opinion and that is what I try to do. I do like the little ravioli's though and will eat them as they are around.

Not me no. But one of my sisters has. She likes Chef Boy Ardee ravs. She can pop open a can and eat it for breakfast. That is definetly not on my menu.

I haven't eaten anything straight out of the can, but I do serve spaghettio's or ravioli to the little ones straight from the can. I see no sense in heating it up then waiting for it to cool down so they can eat it.
It's fully cooked, so why not?

We don't have canned spaghetti here but I do eat canned tuna. Of course I add (light, and a bit of) mayo with that but I guess that will qualify. Oh and I also like liver spread and that comes from a can right? Aside from that, all processed and highly preserved foods that I eat usually come from plastics :D
Thanks for the comment on my discussion!

No lilybug, I couldn't eat any kind of pasta cold. At least I don't think so but then I haven't tried it! have eaten green peas, corn, corned beef and cooked sausages cold from cans. Oh and I've eaten any kind of tinned fruits from a can too. Guess that I am just boring!

I can't stand that stuff at all. So i wouldn't eat it straight out of the can. it is so nasty tasting I don't see how any one can eat it. My grandkids decided once that they loved it and had to have it after eating it at their mothers once. So i bought a few cans. They ate one can and the rest set in the cupboard for several months. So I gave it way.

I used to do that when I was a kid! You brought back some memories. I loved them like that, but now I don't think I could stand to eat them that way. I guess as I've grown older I've gotten picky. Shame on me. It has been years since I've had Ravioli in a can or Spaghetti-Os.

I have but its usually tinned beef and usually when I am making a sandwich. With other canned foods I usually feel more comfortable at least heating it up in the microwave. My fear is that I will get sick if I eat the food straight out of the can.I have the feeling that these foods are just pre-cooked and need to at least microwaved but ideally they have to be cooked for my liking.
