Brownie Cookies

I buy this bulk box of Hersheys Brownie mix often from Sams Club. I've always made the brownies as a cake type. This time I decided to try their option for cookies. Let me say this is great. I love brownies but ever so often they go to waste too often. I eat a small piece of brownie and the rest sits drying out. Now with the cookie recipe they stay in a cookie jar and I can eat one of 6 when I feel like it. Have you ever made brownie cookies before? HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

No I haven't..what a good idea!! I'm always looking for new cookie recipes for the holidays and this one sounds really good. They look good in your picture too. Thanks for sharing!!!

I have never made brownie cookies, but it sounds like a great idea. My family loves brownies so I think they would love brownie cookies. I made oatmeal cookies last night and they are about gone.

Granpa, How many cookies does the bulk box make? I was thinking they would be really great for my grandkids. Would I need two or three box's? They sound delicious and I like chocolate so Ill try them. Appreciate the information.

It has bags inside the box and each bag makes 3 dozen cookies. So all told the bulk pack will make a gross of cookies, or 144 total, or 12 dozen. A LOT!!!! HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Brownie cookies are the best! I prefer them to brownies. If I eat a brownie I want it warm with ice cream melting on it. Can I come over for cookies and coffee tomorrow? Looking out over that gorgeous snow and solve the problems of the world together.

GB, I know all these cookies and candies sound good, with your best interest at heart you should lay off some of these sweets, you got me trying all these sweets you are talking about. Do you know CVS has those Danish Butter Cookies on sale. I know because when you were talking about those I went and got me some. I shouldn't be eating all these sweets I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

Nahhh I am on meds to control the high cholesterol; so I eat these things with no worry.I have cut down a lot though. I am due for another can of those Danish Butter cookies too this weekend. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~
