Mineral water,distilled water and purified water,which one you drink in office?

Our company provided purified water for a long time,then changed to the mineral water which is more good for our healthy.Now we drink purified water again cause it costs less than mineral one.Infulenced by the recession, we have to shrink our budget for all.Sigh...How about you?

We drink mineral water in our office. But there are times when the water delivery is not on time, so we need to have water on our own. In our home, we use tap water coming directly for watershed reserve so we are drinking it directly. And we are thankful that we are healthy. I usually fill my small bottle and bring it wherever place I go for emergency drink.

purified water is what we drink even in our home. but some research said that alkaline water is good for our health because it neutralizes toxins in our body. but of course if the water that you've been drinking in the office is purified we don't have a choice but to drink it.
