Wanting to Learn How to do Digital Scrapbooking.

I have found a really nice website that offers a lot of digital scrapbooking supplies, but I don't know how to use them or even get started. Is there anyone on mylot that does digital scrapbooking that can help me know how to start? Thanks.

My PC came with a lot of these features already. All I have to do is drag my pictures to the layout, and it's ready to go. Maybe after you get these layouts downloaded to your pc it could be that easy?
