Xmas Cards, Do you still send any? Or do you receive any?

I remember when I was little, I used to send Christmas cards to my friends and classmates. But since the age of computer, I haven't sent any Christmas cards nor receive any. It's not that me and my friends have changed to digital cards, I haven't received those as well for the past 3-4 years. What about you?

My daughter just recieved her very first Christmas Card... and it has money inside... so i think nowadays... christmas card serve that purpose... instead of just giving money gifts... they are inserted inside cards... but in my case... it has been years since i received one... even those that do not have money inside...

Every year I used to send out tons of cards, I would receive cards from the people that I sent cards to. I really think that if I did not send them cards they would not send me one. This year, I haven't and am not sending out cards, and I have not received any cards as well.

I think I won't send out real Christmas cards. I will send the E-cards instead. But I think I will receive the real Christmas by post from my good friends. Actually two Christmas gifts are already on the way:) I love China

It used to seem that Christmas used to sneak up on me and by the time that I thought about sending cards, it was too late. For some unknown reason, I've gotten very organized over the last 3 years and I get my Christmas cards out at the beginning of the month. I don't receive as many Christmas cards as I used to get but I always get them from family and close friends. IMHO electronic cards take the fun out of it. We've always decorated our mantle with the cards that we received. Merry Christmas everyone.

Yes. The same as you. I have not sent a card to my relatives and friend for many years. Write a letter before and now send a message by mobile phone. More convenient more further between us I feel.

Yes I tend to send SMS more than sending cards.

I've received a few from family and friends, and I still need to send some out. Things are a little nuts this year, and I've fallen a little behind. I need to get going. I've already let people know they might be a little late, but they will get there eventually.

Belief it or not, some of my friends and family members do not have computers, or even access to the internet. So those people get snail mail cards and so do a few very special other people.

Hello wondericequeen, I can't remember when was the last time I received a lot of festive cards. As far as I know, I only received a few for the last festive season which I can count with one hand. I stopped sending one too since a few years back. Whatever it is, I do believe the feeling is never be the same when you receive a card, a digital card or just a greetings e-mail!
