How to Find work in Canada?

Me and my husband are planning to find work in Canada. But we have many doubts like the cost of living and the work that we might get will be lower to what we are doing now. Also, we have doubt on how long will be the process of our application till we get the visa. Is it really worth it to migrate and work in Canada? Oww...I hope it is easy for us.
