This is particularly ask during an interview and when an applicant is not ready or confused they end up mumbling something that are not comfortable and detection of error starts when the interviewer sense that unreadiness. Why is it always so hard to describe something that makes us unique from the rest? ofcourse were talking about capabilites. Is it because we were shy? we were afraid to be addressed as over confident? or is it simply because we do not know ourselves afterall? Some people are over confident? some are shy? some are afraid? and some other do not know themselves yet. But all of us has a unique and different personality. Now, what is the first thing that came into your mind when asked " what makes you stand out from the rest? "

I have found that I will always stand out wherever I am. You cannot hide brilliance. That seems to be the case. Cheers!!

I think, I am a very normal person. I live normal, talk normal, walk normal. I have a conviction in me that I can never go against my values, I can not do anything that might hurt anyone. I always try to be humane. I think BEING NORMAL makes me stand out some times. I am happy with little ambition but enormous sense of duty and responsibility and thoughtfulness. Love and huggles.
