I woke up sneezing ,runny nose (sorry for the abundance of information),the works and I ouldnt understand why ,I was in perfect health when I went to bed last night. Then I found the culprit ,an open window right over my bed !!.
Has this ever happened to you and what do you do about it ?

Some people I know never have any heating in the bedroom and sleep with the window open no matter what the weather saying fresh air is good for you.Well it is in small doses in the winter but breathing freezing cold damp air is no good for anybody. It seems a bit quick to blame it on one open window, maybe you had a cold on the way.I know how you feel take some cold cure and keep warm have a little walk out in the air during daylight hours ,wrap up warm.

It could just be allergies. During the night, trees and plants tend to release pollen and it's during these hours that allergy sufferers should keep their windows shut.
If you ended up with a cold, you probably already had the virus in your system. It's possible that your immune system was already weakened and the cool night air, along with the pollen in the air, helped to bring about a cold.
I hope you feel better soon!
