Melting two or three different chocolates.

Am thinking of taking three different brands of chocolate so that I can either blend them, or melt them to see what taste will come out of it. Then I will melt it onto some sponge cake, add some custard, egg york ( joking about the egg york, yuk!!!) but anyway I know am going to be sick but my curiosity will be dealt with. I don't know if I will get food poisoning or just go sick, if its going to be a serious medical issue let me know.
