how satisfying is the job in a call center?

I have worked in a call center for some time , and I think the java satisfying only for the first six months beyond wage it really gets onto your nerves specially the board timing and continuous talking. there is a lot of excitement on the job during the first few months but then I think your biological clock gets disturbed and you cannot continue anymore. as far as it is concerned professionally there is scope but of course you need to be very determined to rise and the best is if you can get into the training department
