Does anyone think we should get a xmas bonus??

I was just thinking that since we pretty much run this site that we should get some kind of bonus. This is kind of like a job to us. Not a job job cause this is fun to do but still we post the discussions and we get paid so it's like a job. Most places give their employees a bonus so I was thinking that Mylot should do the same. Maybe just give us a few cents more per post or have a few days where you can earn so much more per post, reply, picture, etc. Anyone else agree??
