What do you find more insulting? (this is about tipped jobs)

When your customer is paying for their food, and they tell you to keep the change, and it's only like a penny or so. Or when they're paying with a credit card, fill out all the blanks on the credit slip, even the tip portion, and you find out all they put was $0.00. I would just love to knock those people up side the head with my pizza bag.
