What do you prefer? Red sauce or white sauce?

Dear friend, I too like tomato sauce provided the combination of food I have with it. Mostly while I have snacks my first option is tomato sauce.

i prefer alfredo which is a white sauce spaghetti because it is not messy..

I very much prefer a red sauce over a white sauce. Don't get me wrong I love Alfredo with chicken and white sauce ,but my absolute favorite is the red sauces. I can eat them on just about anything..I love tomatoes and whatever is made with them.

MOst pastas comes with red sauce, but i dun like it.. lol =D I prefer something very different, which is the ink sphagetti.. lol =D The difference is, the sphagetti is black in color, but it's not food coloring, it's the ink from squids.. lol =D Though it might be a little disgusting, but it definitely tastes good.. hehe If not, i will rather eat it plain without sauce just like Aglio Olio.. hehe

I've always had a bias towards red sauce. Ever since I was a kid, I've always loved it over white sauce. It's soooooooooo good and the meatballs always are a good bonus.

Taste wise, I lean more towards white sauce. I like cheesy stuff, so it pleases my taste buds. However, white sauce is so bad health wise, because of loads of cheese, butter, etc on it. In order to minimize my intake of bad fats, I try to choose red sauce over white. Red has its own charm, and if cook well is quite tasty. But white sauce is my wicked indulgence. Can I say alfredo? YUM!
